For over 25 years, he has advised entrepreneurs, investors, and management boards of companies in Poland and Europe on capital transactions, strategic development, value creation, and effective financial management. He began his career at Central Europe Trust, followed by BDO, Euro-Phoenix Financial Advisors, Orkla Foods Polska, and AKJ Capital, where he led restructuring projects, valuations, due diligence, and private equity investments. In subsequent years, as M&A Manager at SIG Plc, Investment Director at KGHM TFI, and co-founder and CFO of 3W Dystrybucja Budowlana, he was responsible for numerous transactions and investment projects, including the acquisition of Raab Karcher from the Saint-Gobain Group.

He served as M&A Director at Mercator Medical, AsstrA Associated Traffic AG (Zurich), and CRH, leading acquisition and integration projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. As a business angel and advisor, he collaborated with technology startups, including Medinice, ORA AI, and Medical Technology & Innovation. In his work, he combines the analytical approach of a financier with the practical experience of a manager and investor, focusing on building sustainable enterprise value. He is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, the Warsaw School of Economics, and the University of Kassel (Germany).
